Membership Agreement & Acknowledgment
By creating a SyncBridge account and purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Membership Fee
SyncBridge membership is $14.95 per month and will automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled.
Song Submission Allowance
Your membership allows you to submit up to three (3) songs per month to available music opportunities listed on the SyncBridge platform.
Unused submissions do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise stated by SyncBridge.
No Guarantee of Placement
SyncBridge does not guarantee that any song submitted through the platform will be selected, licensed, purchased, placed, or used in television, film, advertising, streaming productions, games, or any other media.
Membership provides access to opportunities and the ability to submit music for consideration. Final music-selection and licensing decisions are made by the applicable music supervisor, production company, client, agency, or other authorized decision-maker.
You Keep Your Music Rights
Submitting music through SyncBridge does not transfer ownership of your song, master recording, copyright, publishing, or other intellectual-property rights to SyncBridge. You retain your rights unless you separately enter into a written licensing or other agreement relating to a specific placement.
Authority to Submit
You confirm that you own or control the necessary rights to every song you submit or have permission from all applicable rights holders to submit the music for consideration.
You agree not to submit music that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, contractual rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
Accurate Song Information
Members are responsible for providing accurate information for submitted music, including artist name, songwriter information, publisher information, ownership/split information, contact information, and other requested metadata.
Opportunity-Specific Submissions
Each SyncBridge opportunity may have its own requirements, deadlines, genres, themes, formats, or licensing terms.
Submitting to an opportunity does not constitute acceptance of a licensing agreement. Any licensing terms requiring additional approval will be presented separately.
Recurring Billing & Cancellation
Your $14.95 membership fee will automatically renew monthly until you cancel.
You may cancel your membership before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund membership fees already charged, except where required by law or expressly provided under SyncBridge’s refund policy.

Platform Access
SyncBridge reserves the right to remove submissions or suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules, submit fraudulent or unauthorized material, misuse opportunities, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
I have read and agree to the SyncBridge Membership Agreement and Terms of Service. I understand that I will be charged $14.95 per month on a recurring basis until I cancel, that my membership allows up to three (3) song submissions per month, and that SyncBridge does not guarantee music placement, licensing, selection, or compensation. I understand that I retain ownership of my music and must have the legal right to submit all music uploaded to SyncBridge.
